Maybe they'll be able to get rid of a few biologist and hire some more Game Wardens to help enforce this since they won't have to do so much guessing once we all start reporting our kills.
I don't think it is the QDMA crowd that necessarily "won" here, I just see a bunch of doe slayers primarily as the ones that are crying in their Cheerios they gonna have to report.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
