I'm new to the ATV world, school me here ...
1) What's your favorite accessories for your ATV that didn't come on it stock?
2) What vendor is your favorite for buying ATV accessories?
3) Anyone know of a comfortable seat for a passenger that is safe enough for a 2nd person to ride?

I put a 30$ 9" led bar on mine, that thing lights up the world compared to stock lights.
Other than that, non ethanol gas.

4ft long pice of pvc pipe mounted on the front to catch spider webs.That is the only addition I have on mine but it is great.

A 25 gallon sprayer for the back and a 100 lb capacity spreader for the front. And a piece of plywood over the front rack to hold a marine battery to power everything.
Mine is for working, not riding.

Ratchet straps. The 4 that I use to tie mine to the trailer stay with the ATV. Always. I've used them to lift a heavy deer high enough to load by myself and then strap him down.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

A gun rack turned sideways on my front rack to hold my bow.
15 gallon sprayer with 10' boom. Mine came with an adapter to plug my sprayer into to run off my 4-wheeler.
2" ball on the rear hitch
