What's your opinion? Just became available in my area, a good beer but I don't understand the hype. I'll give it a 6.0 out of 10 as far as taste goes.

It's OK, nothing to write home about.

It's my go to. Same price as bud, bud light, miller light, etc....but much much better.

It's not "cheap beer", it's good beer that just happens to be inexpensive.

I like their black and tan.

Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.

Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.

Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?

There is so much good craft beer available there is no reason to buy it. It's an average beer at best.

Sure, but you'll pay twice as much. If you're passing it up in favor of a craft beer then that is understandable. But I for the life of me cannot understand why anyone would buy Bud, Miller, Coors, etc when Yeungling is the same price and significantly better.

I've yet to find a craft beer that I like. A lot of people drink that stuff, I just haven't found any I like.

Yuengling is fine by me. I'm no beer snob when it comes to light beer- I'll drink natty light, budweisers, bud lite, miller lite, ultra- Any of it really as long as it's ice cold.

My problem with craft beer is you never know what your really getting. It might be decent, or it might be some homo blueberry flavored crap. I guess I'm just old and unadventurous anymore.

Significantly better is an opinion. Bud Light is Americas number 1 selling beer by far, I would guess most people prefer it, for what ever reason. Maybe its just their promoting that they flood the market with. I've got no real preference. I had some yuengling in my fridge not long ago back, got bud lights in it right now and may pick up some Dos Equis tomorrow after work. I kinda bounce around for whatever reason.

But of all the dozens of craft beers that I've tried I can't find one that just amazes me.

Good stuff and it's America's oldest brewery, founded in 1829.

The only reason Bud Light Horsepiss is the nation's top seller is because InBev and now the current owners advertise the hell out of it. If Natty Lite was advertised as much as Bud Light Horsepiss it would be No. 1. Busch was a top beer for years for the same reason - advertising.

That's because there are a lot of dirtnecks that think Bud Light is the only beer there is. I've personally seen people turn their nose up at a yeungling in favor of a bud light or natty light more times than I can count because they thought it was some "fancy foreign beer with a weird name".

Using bud light being the best selling as an argument for being good is like using country music's popularity to say it's good, when that couldn't be further from the truth. The general public, by and large, is made up of morons.

Love the Guinness. Good People Ale is quite tasty, too.
