You have some points, but increasing the regulations to cater to the few so they have the experience they want at the expense of others through government mandate. And way overblown expectations of what you are supposed to see on greenfields "hunting" or bait thanks to over commercialized TV marketing is what is doing the most damage. In other words, regulations and pecker size mentality.
