My brother did use a phone and call you. He also asked where the property was and this is the response. I don't know of anyone who's not from that area who could figure out where it is:

"180 on hy 47 328 in Wilcox co. On Pine Barren creek knight property"

That narrows it down for nobody...

Come on guys, give it a rest. Why does it bother yall that he doesn't want to give a map of the land out before someone comes and looks at it? No reason to bash the man because of how he wants to lease his property.

Because it could say "300 acres of beautiful hardwoods," and be a 2 year old clear cut.

Not to mention he's been trying to sub lease (which the timber company strictly forbids) multiple properties for more than they are worth and keeping the turkey rights to himself.


Whoever leases this will be leasing some property for 3toes to turkey hunt free of charge.

Zach and Auburn or anyone else that is interested in the property: Get up with the guy and go look at it in person. Verify the exact location, get a map if he has one. Most likely it will be posted with timber company signs. Contact the timber company lease manager for that area directly and let them know that you want the property but the guy claiming he has the lease wants to sublease it to you. Subleasing is expressly prohibited in every timber lease that I've ever seen. They will pull the lease from him and most likely let you have it at the current rate. If he's pulling a fast one on the rate, just lease it our from under him and send him on down the road. Come on guys, this is not rocket science.

We were going to go meet the guy and look at it. We simply asked for a map of the properties first before taking off work and driving 2 1/2 hours to find out we had been had. The guy could only meet during the week. Before we went to look at the 180 he then came back and said we HAD to lease the 180 and 328
