Maybe u can get u a topo at your local extension 0ffiçe. Maybe you will get lucky and get somebody to give u one. I dont have to do anything most real hunters use the phone for what it was invented for talking.
But as the lesser, you'll have a much easier time if you do what 99.9% of lessers do and provide a map. You're right, you don't HAVE to provide a map, but good luck leasing a tract without one.
