In the pic below I've managed (yet again!) to photobomb a pic with a deer mount! grin This was my first racked buck I ever killed that was worthy of hanging on the wall. When this mount was ready my dad went by and picked it up in Demopolis, and then brought it to my apartment in Tuscaloosa. I asked dad how much it cost so I could pay him back. His response - "Not a dime." That was so typical of him.

Folks, if your dad is still around take a moment to call and tell him you love him. Or better yet, treat him to dinner tonight if you can make it happen. I'd give anything to have just one more conversation with my dad.

Claims rep, I'm so sorry for your loss and I truly understand. I lost my dad when I was a lazy, 20 year old punk. I, like you, depended on his knowledge and wisdom. I took him for granted. He was a great man. However, your photo contains a framed consolation to our loss. Over your left shoulder appears to be a painting of Jesus giving advice to a man in his office. Since my fathers passing, I found Christ. I now depend on His wisdom and His leading. God bless.

Booger, great eye for detail you've got there! This pic was given to my wife by my mom and dad. Glad to hear that you trusted the Lord and made the most important decision of your life! thumbup The verse underneath the pic is Psalm 1:1.

Jesus... I hope you know Him personally like I do.
