I never, ever use a turkey call to strike a gobbler.
If you want to yelp, sit down in a good spot and blind call.
Golf carts and TV shows have screwed up turkey hunting.
I try not to use anything to shock gobble if I can avoid it! I always hope the first they hear from me is when I yelp from the base of a tree 100 yds away!
