I just popped the lid for the first time in a long while to check the breast temp. I snagged a couple of niblets from where the wings were cut off. That meat will take on more smoke than the breast I know, but I can't believe how much flavor the pecans added. It added a tremendous amount of sweetness to the flavor. It's very good with the turkey, I think it would be incredible with fish, especially Salmon.
