Don't think license are down because they can't kill a good buck it's because they don't have a place to hunt,they can't afford $1,500 to join a club or pay $10-$12 an acre. Some have no choice but to hunt wma to kill a deer. If you take away their right to kill a doe or 2 there will be that many more that don't buy a license. I have been in several good clubs that cost $500 or less. You dont have to pay 1500. Killing a few doe on a wma isnt a right. Why does a person need a doe or 2 off of public land?
