Could care less if someone is feeding. It can change the deer travel routes especially on a small tract. Pretty simple to drop a lease and move on if it is a problem. I don't personally want to hunt 100 yards away from a neighbor shooting a rifle. Unless both know where the stands are located, it is a safety issue.
My big complaint is the "supplemental feeding" that stops Feb 1st. Most browse is gone and does are now pregnant, bucks are recovering from the rut. IMHO it causes a widespread dispersal of the herd that is now looking for a new food source. I only feed in February and was reminded by the lady at the feed store that "deer season is over". Corn sales obviously plummeted!!
Make it legal or illegal.
