Why should he call Gamewatch? The neighbor may not be within 500 yards of that. Might not be hunting.
Not everything is automatically illegal and worthy of notifying "the authorities" about in this world. But I guess some folks need to keep tabs on their neighbors, look at online deer "harvest" reports, watch for corn and then notify the Nanny State to get 'em.
True, I suppose when I see or hear someone complaining about feeding my first thought is the person putting it out is hunting over it, but then I guess the poster would have said "the neighbor's bait pile".
