[img:center] [/img] Not a monster or a textbook management guideline kill, but it pumped me up like a 10 point without a doubt.

That is one bad pic with arrow buried to the fletching like that. Tell us about your setup and the story of the kill. Still looking for my first traditional kill.
“Killing tomorrow’s trophies today.”
On the distance I like to walk to my stands: “The first 100 yards is also the last 100 yards.”

That's awesome!! Seems that the further away from technology you get, the kill is that much more rewarding.. Good shot and good deer!!

Congrats brother! Is that a Bob Lee recurve? I had a Bob Lee that looked a lot like that. Don't worry about the size of your kill. You needed meat and God blessed you. I love those yellow fletchings. They make following the arrows flight easy.

Great job! Never apologize for a legal kill! Did I say great job!!
"After all, it is not the killing that brings satisfaction; it is the contest of skill and cunning. The true hunter counts his achievement in proportion to the effort involved and the fairness of the sport." Dr. Saxton Pope
