look i would love for it to be wide open and we could go buy a feeder and put it up and hunt but i dont see it happening that way !
Why not? Seriously, why not? A feeder is nothing more than an optional hunting tool or feeding mechanism (during the off-season).
Do farmers have to buy an annual decal for their hay bale holders or feeders? That's an optional thing for them. They could just toss the food or hay on the ground.
Your reasoning so far is illogical at best and liberal taxation at worst.
i hope we can get baiting legalized with no strings attached ! Maybe they will be happy in the sales tax revenue it will create ! But i dont think it will bc the state is in a pinch and they are looking to create revenue!
