And if y'all don't think that "baiting" will become legal, but only out of a motorized feeder that you pay "X" amount of dollars for the permit to stick on said feeder annually, you got another thing coming. But of course we'll be told those funds will be earmarked for the DCNR and the general fund won't touch them.
i just sent an email to my advisory board rep. And suggested this same thing about baiting . I hope we get it!!
Personally I think it's a terrible idea...but I believe it's coming.
