I have been running the Rage 3 blade chisel tips for the last few years. I'm tired of replacing blades and all that crap. Very good broadheads tho. I have had good luck with them but looking at changing. Sooooo... With that being said what's the best Mechanical Broadhead for crossbow???? Let hear them.

I've had good results with Grim Reapers. They fly good and make good blood trails. 50 yards is the farthest any deer has gone with good shot placement.

I'm thinking of going with a set of NAP.

Nap spitfires. I get mine online from Dick Sporting goods. $40 You get 4 vs 3 board heads, and I usually can find a 20% off coupon code and free store pickup.

Add a set of training blades for practice heads. Also the ones that illustrate crossbow on the package the blade retention is much better/stronger than than the original ones.

It doesn't matter which mechanical head you use, you should change blades after shooting them. IMO

Any reason you are set on mechanicals?

I used them for years till i had one fail going through a shoulder at 16 yards. I am using Ramcats now.

I know a lot of people recommend mechanical broad heads for crossbows but I've been shooting muzzy 3 blade out of several different crossbows for years with very good results

Fixed sail on me big time. NAP Killzone crossbows is what I use now.

I use X-Act mechanicals. No problems or issues at all
