I'm at US Steel in Fairfield. What's the weather looking like for us I thought they shut y'all down. they did. We are in demobilization for the next couple of weeks and then out of here Oh ok. Well at least they didn't snatch the rug completely out from under you. Gives you a little time to look elsewhere. Still a bad situation

we have a long line of north/south storms headed here within the hour, look to be moving pretty fast but sliding north a lot too, so we will get some heavy rain most likely (I hope not)...
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

At least this system is moving through quickly. So hopefully it wont make the flooding situation too much worse than it already is.

I always get a kick out if these ominous weather reports on Aldeer. It's like Armageddon has arrived when really it's a Lil rainstorm. Just another day folks! You obviously have not had your home, community, and family, destroyed by a severe weather event. Guarantee he's never seen it thunder, lightening and snow 12" all at the same time.........in March. Or killer Tornadoes in November.

I don't know if we got enough rain to make the flooding off the mountain worse, but we got nearly 2" and I'm pretty sure every drop ran off.
