I don't know what the answer is, but I know to paint the entire state with a single brush stroke, with regards to how the law is written, isn't the answer. Some areas need to keep killing does daily and some need to nearly do away with a doe season all together. What amazes me is the people that see zero deer, complain that they don't have deer, but will then shoot the first 60 lbs doe they see just to get one under their belt. You can't have it both ways. If you aren't seeing anything and think you have no deer, the best way NOT to kill them out even worse is don't shoot them. Period.
