LOL, I'll say this and I'm done with it.
If "said" family would let Dano know what days they do those chores like he has asked numerous times then he would be glad to help. Perhaps if they didn't act like the dang skull and bones secret society then he would know. Perhaps if they would let him know about the splitting of the costs when he asks them in October instead of getting an answer like "I'll let you know." With still no response I might add.
Or perhaps they could just not want him no where near it and this is their way of making him know that. But I believe he's beyond care at this point. They know his numbers and he has told them to just pick up the phone and let him know. But that seems too hard.
Butt hurt rant of the day it seems like.

It isn't necessary to see a good tackle...you can hear it.

It's not my family land. However I do have some perspective on this and I will say this as someone who does have their own family property. I'm the one who does the majority of the work including summer row cropping, fall planting, property maintenance, purchasing tractors, shooting houses, and expenses for the above mentioned things. If you're the new guy in the family then sometimes you just gotta get up off the couch and go do some work rather than sitting back waiting on a phone call or pick up the phone your self and say "hey I'll go buy the seed and fertilizer". I've got a similar situation within my family as what's going on here. Good hunting and good property management does not happen on it's own so if come deer season you're going to enjoy the fruits of the labor then it's received a lot better if it is the fruit of your labor rather than someone else's.
Wish it was hunting season.....year round

Man WillyB you're taking that pretty personal... Like you have a brother n law that just shows up for a week at a time to hunt wherever he pleases. I bet he brings his buddies too! You need to set him straight!
