We have a area about 2 1/2 acres that borders a smz and surrounded by 10-12 year old pines. I know they wear it out in the summer but have never hunted any patches like it when it dies. I was just seeing if anyone had ever tried hunting a area like this and had any luck.

There's a very similar area on Lowndes WMA that I have only scouted after last season that was loaded with sign. Haven't gotten around to trying it this season because I'm one step behind a giant. Curious to hear others responses
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

On a cold sunny day they love to bed in it.
Thomas Jefferson. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Life is too short to only hunt and fish on weekends!
If being a dumbass was fatal some of you would be on your death bed!
