"The 2 in Pickens are available. One is 600 + and the other is 1200 acres (around) I've left the office but around that. Reduced to $2600 and $10,000. Let me know if you want to go see them. Big reduction on the 600 acres. Was $6200. Will be up for renewal May 1st." I talked to Kristie and the 2 Pickens county leases are all she has left...the Tuscaloosa tract is gone..and the price is reduced for the remainder of the year until the May renewal when they will more than likely go back up to the regular price unless both parties can agree on a mutual price...wish I had $2600 to spend on some Pickens land...
