Acorns- Get a 5 gallon bucket and fill it up with water and poor the acorns in it. Throw out any floaters and throw the rest in the shallow water areas.
Japanese Millet- Plant in Summer 20lb/acre; Universal seed in Bham sells for around $1.20/lb. Work in with a rake on the shallow flats.
