Anyone leased land from GULF LLC BASCOM before? there based out of Jackson, MS- they have a lot of acres in NW AL and looking for a contact to call, google coming up empty. thanks

after an hour of research looks like Bascom is out of business. The new company is Campbell Global. Anyone know anything aoubt them?

Campbell is a TIMO (similar to Molpus). They manage a lot of the old Tennessee River Pulp & Paper land (NW Alabama, NE Mississippi and up into West Central Tennessee). They have their own forest management personnel so it is not outsourced to a consulting firm.

Pretty good guy named John is their forester. They handle their leases out of Jackson, so I'm told.

Spoke to there leasing agent, really nice guy.. 99% of their leases are full now but usually has 10% turn over. i plan to stay in toucn with him. they will repost in February

Campbell Global bought out GULF LLC BASCOM. All of the property tax records I found in my area are still listed as GULF LLC BASCOM. Campbell Global handles their on deer leases out of their office in TX. Their contact # is 936.829.6300 The guy I spoke with was very helpful.
