This is a personal choice for me. Not everyone may agree or disagree. But for me I personally only shoot does during the early season and only the ones without fawns. I would rather have to does drag a big boy by me later in the season. I have had a few seasons that I wasn't able to harvest a single deer but again it was my choice.
I would rather be tried by 12, than carried by 6.
