Many times i can understand a cop shooting all in his clip.
In the heat of the moment I don't think they realize how many times they have fired until the clip is empty. In alot of cases a person is hit many times in non lethal areas and keeps coming. Not this time tho. There is nothing in that video to justify that officer firing ONE shot, much less 16.
