In the 2013-2014 Digest issued by DCNR on page 30 4th paragraph after explaining 100 yards and line of sight it goes on to say there is no specific distance or "line of sight structure: that will exempt you from arrest. The regulation In my opinion is not stand alone. It must be viewed in context with the law 9-11-224 which incudes the language to or from the hunters area directly or INDIRECTLEY. Thus the name of the 100 yards and line of sight regulation is the AREA DEFINITION REGULATION. The key to understanding this stuff I believe is the word indirectly in the law[9-11-244]and the words rebuttable presumption in the regulation.
