If a person was going to spend a week down there and get in on chasing/rut activity which week would you pick. Jan 7-10,Jan 21-24 or Feb 4-7??

Two years ago the 17-24 hunt was AWESOME!!!...last year that same week was dead as a hammer. Biologist said it was already over last year.
We were on the edge of Eternia, when the power of Greyskull began to take hold.

Go some land close by and usually see'em chasing around the last 2 weekends of January most of the time.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

This will be my first deer season in the state. Didn't want my first post on the site to be a new thread (newb who knows his place). So aside from the obvious stuff in the guide on outdooralabama.com what are some recommendations and "must-do's" for navigating the WMAs here in Alabama? Thanks in advance. Buy a good pair of boots
