Ok. I'm just now getting to this post. This post was started because of my dumb azz. Yes, I put out record rack Fri night at ten o'clock off a greenfield for my son to hunt. Yes, it was 100 yards. Yes, it was questionable on if a deer could have been seen eating. Thought it was a little bit further in bushes and it was late. Yes, I got a ticket which I'm fine with because of the questionable distance. I was told by GW that it had to be an additional 50 yards out of sight from the 100 yard mark and it had to be in a feeder. What pissed me off was the dickhead sob pos wrote my ten year old son a warning! I fully respect the job a warden does don't get me wrong. But he was wrong and he's a major azzhat IMO for writing my son a warning. If he felt that I was guilty I'm fine with that ticket but leave my damn kid out of if! So the Game warden is a DH, SOB, POS, AZZhat, for doing his job? It's not his fault that you broke the law. To the people saying it isn't an advantage to hunt over corn, the deer will go nocturnal . . . etc etc etc. It's just not true. I have hunted where baiting is legal and it most definitely helps and draws deer in. Also the places I have hunted where baiting is legal are areas of high deer density and the landowners spend a lot of money on summer and fall plots and year round feeding. They don't just walk out the night before a hunt a pour corn on the ground. No! He's he's a asshole for writing a ten year old a warning on a bailbond. You understand that?
