The corn rule is just ridiculous. I used to be 100% against baiting but Ive changed my tune. The GW shouldn't be able to make a "presumption" based on where he thinks the deer might or might not come from to eat the bait. Just make it legal andbe done with it. Exactly! That's why he said you can't see the deer eat the corn. Doesn't matter where the deer came from or is going. But myself like others won't do it because I don't need a ticket and you will probably lose if you fight it. You gonna pay court cost, anyway. Take it to court and clog the system up.
