Have you considered a dual sport?
That would give you the size you want and the option of riding to your riding destination. I actually had, but frankly I've got no business on the road right now....with my lack of experience, plus I've got a 4yr old and a 2 yr old so I'm not taking that risk. at this point, just want something I can trail ride for fun.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars
2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement
3. Taxation Is Theft
