OR it could be some sort of stretcher. Jaws are facing the wrong way to be a stretcher. Have you ever seen a Fence Stretcher? Nope, never seen nor used one.  I guess when you said stretcher, I thought you were talking about something to push something apart. A wire stretcher is not what I had in mind.

Used for pulling dozer tracks together to repin. Correct. We have couple of these. Also used them to put chains our our skidders and cutters

Used for pulling dozer tracks together to repin. Correct. We have couple of these. Also used them to put chains our our skidders and cutters And to remove front idler rollers
