A. If it could sustain life, the coonasses would lease it all up.
B. Maybe that explains liberals
C. Agree that 'the peaceful immigrants should have a new home, and that's a good place.
D. Given the vastness beyond comprehension of space and all its universes, stars and planets...anyone who think our Earth is the only one with ANY type of life form is kind of arrogant.

You also have to take into account that there can be life on other planets but it can be spiritless life, thus negating the need for the Savior. Jesus didn't come to this earth to redeem every living thing, He came to redeem mankind, whom God created with a spirit...the only thing that will live forever.

For the record, I don't believe that there is life anywhere else other than earth. I don't have any evidence of that nor do I have any hard Biblical proof. It's just a personal opinion. But I do think it's healthy to explore other views on it as long as those views don't go against the truth found in God's word.

Before I get banned, let me say this.

The amount I don't know or can't comprehend or cannot even fathom on God is so large that it cannot be quantified. I'm in awe constantly.

No arguments with you men on that subject of God being all-powerful and eternal and having ways beyond all comprehension. But when I read and study the Scriptures, my opinion on life out there is formed by the context. Could be wrong, won't be the first time.

A fair reading of the Bible makes clear that Earth and Man are God's one and ONLY special creation.

Next, there are no space aliens out there. No intelligent life. Nothing. Zero. Nada.

But I can assure everyone this: all this space alien, UFO, E.T. stuff is gonna get a lot of people in trouble. Fact is that Satan uses his demons to masquerade and fool (to destroy) people. And there are going to be millions, perhaps billions, that fall for the big LYING wonders that are about to come upon the Earth. And space aliens are going to be a part, perhaps and big part, of that deception.

If there were space aliens out there, they would have been discovered a long, long time ago.

Romans 8:19-21
19 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

Not trying to argue, really I'm not.

There are so many what ifs out there to be pondered...and I ponder them too. Exploring other viewpoints is a good thing. But eventually we have to go to the one and only source or knowable absolute Truth that exists and rest there. Creation will be redeemed too. New heaven and new earth (2 Peter 3:13, Rev 21:1)

The technology that allowed those inventions to come about in our lifetime mostly originated from research and development of the space age science. Who knows when it would have happened otherwise? Without people that are curious, forward thinking, with foresight beyond the obvious and an inherent drive of wanting to see what's over there, you develop nothing. I agree. Science and technology are wonderful and that exploration drive is a gift and providence of God to mankind. Real science I'm talking about...the inventions and capabilities over the past 50 years are incredible! Not historical science that is often hijacked in certain areas to push a Progressive Evolutionary and Environmentalism agenda and spew theories.

What will be beneficial from finding water on Mars? What is their next step?

My thing is, regardless if there is forms of life or water on Mars, I dont see any way, for us as humans, to go there and live like we were created to here on earth. Its cool and very interesting but i just dont see it happening.

You guys may want to open your mind and pick up a science book. This is a picture taken by the Hubble Telescope. The Hubble was pointed at a point in space that was void of any stars. Count the galaxies.

Do you guys understand how insignificant that we are in the universe. It takes light 100,000 years to go across our galaxy. Takes 9 mins from the Sun to Earth. There are 200 billion stars in our galaxy, and over 100 billion planets. Think of our GALAXY as one spec of light in the photo below. That photo is looking in a single direction into space through a tiny hole void of a star.

Those aren't stars. Those are galaxies of billions of stars and planets.

We're working on it.

We're not going to Mars. We are having to bum a ride with Russia to get to the international space station.
