Damn Bill, can't you read and comprehend? I said the auburn Muschamp defense looked like the Florida Muschamp defense. Which was ranked number 4 nationally, last year. I read fine.

They could let Johnson throw footballs at his head before the game starts in hopes that one might hit him.
Nope that would never work, Johnson cant hit any targets he throws the ball to, but if Fournette was wearing his LSU uniform, there is a better than average chance he would find his target.

Maybe he thinks the Auburn defense this year looks like the Florida defense did when they played Alabama last year. That would make more sense but that's not what he said. He just didn't know what he was talking about.

Fournette is good but Fournette worship is crap. I cant understand how he was ever ranked as a runner higher than Henry.
Nick Chubb is TWICE THE BACK fournette is !!!!!
I guess when your old enough to have seen bo and Herschel play live in a college football game you just don't get over hyped about a guy that ESPN pimps as being great. Fournette is solid and talented but he isn't a GOAT. As an Auburn fan I'm much more worried about my team defensing Henry, Drake and Chubb then some kid who looks like Marcus Spears' love child! I'm not buying that.

Maybe youre so old your mind is slipping I don't like saying anything good about lsu but fournette is a STUD running back. Les Miles has always split carries between 3 or 4 backs...LF7 got 28 carries against state. He will probably win the Heisman next year as long as Les doesn't bump his head and stop giving him the ball.

Rebelman why??? Chubb made auburn quit. Sadly they were scared to tackle chubb. I honestly don't remember Fournette even playing against auburn last year. did he ? I was in the stands cheering auburn on. He was a freshman with a few other good backs in the lineup . Fournette and company will pound au this year.

I'm not saying anything regarding the score (although I want auburn to lose..), but Fournette is a manchild and agree with the statement that you will be seeing him on Sundays next year...He is going to roast auburn (might not be enough to win but just saying)...Also, Chubb is a monster as well...and so is the Henry/Drake combo

Jeremy Johnson could overthrow ISIS I'm not being a JJ apologist, but accuracy isn't the problem. He's hitting the guys right in the numbers. Sadly though, too often the guy has on the wrong colored jersey. The problem is reading the defense and knowing what the defenders are going to do.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I hope you are fishing! I don't remember reading where someone said he was better than Bo or Herschel- but, i may have missed it. IMO, he is the best RB in the country. Chubb is a close 2nd, and its possible that Henry isn't even the best RB on his team much less the SEC. With that being said, if Auburn stacks the box and can get off the field on 3rd down they win a close one 26-24

With that being said, if Auburn stacks the box and can get off the field on 3rd down they win a close one 26-24 Fournette is currently the 72'nd ranked rushing leader in the NCAA. For reference Nick Chubb is 4'th, Derrick Henry is 16'th, and Peyton Barber is 24'th in rushing. He's on pace for 1800 yards this season but he's not going to get it. He has to face some pretty stout defenses this season and all of them will load the box to stop him and make LSU throw the ball because their QB sucks. That will be Auburn's game plan against them this weekend and every other team for the rest of the season. Last season he was 55'th in the nation with 1083 yards as LSU's featured back (50% of LSU's overall carries with the rest being split between 2 senior RB's and the QB) In comparison Melvin Gordon was #1 with 2400 yards, and Cameron Artis Payne from Auburn was 16'th. Fournette is a good back and will leave LSU with some nice numbers but I don't understand the love affair with him unless you are an LSU homer. His numbers are hardly the stuff of legends.
