Been doing it for 3 years in greene co with horrible soil. Works like a champ. We spray in sept, mid oct spread wheat and clover and drag a heavy sizing screen around to mat the dead grass down. Fertilize abt 3-4 weeks later. 10 acres of fields takes about 4 hours with a ranger and a 4 wheeler I've thought about dragging something as well since I don't have frequent access to a bush hog.
