Shot a 225 pounder last year at 441 yds. Hit him in the shoulder and he dropped.
I think it depends on the gun you shoot too. A bigger gun is going to pack more of a punch and have more impact inertia. If I was shooting a smaller gun/bullet I'd probably concentrate more on the boilermaker shot.
