Troy, I can't disagree and don't mean to sound like a lawless/heartless bastard but that article was specifically written to make it sound like they killed Disney's Lion King. I agree with you, it was written to blast hunting in general and lion hunting in particular. Lion hunting has been under attack from the antis for a while, with our own anti hunting USFWS chiming in and trying to "list" lions as threatened to stop imports of lion trophies, and therefore lion hunting by Americans. Dumbsumbitch hunter and PH gave the antis a boatload of ammo..... The idiot hunter wounded the lion with a crossbow and killed it FOUR days later...not even a clean kill. Antis are railing on the lion being "beheaded" and skinned. WTH else does one do with a trophy lion???
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
