Not sure where you get doing something on your own accord gives companies immunity from the results of their policies but you are dead wrong.
Show me a legal precedent where an establishment is held liable for an incident b/c they don't allow guns on their property.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars 2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement 3. Taxation Is Theft

No comments about the guy being from Alabama ???????
Thomas Jefferson. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Life is too short to only hunt and fish on weekends!

Quote of the day...I about puked when I heard this one.
Wolf Blitzer said that " a neighbor of the shooter said that the shooter use to have a confederate flag in his yard ". He added that in specifically so they very last thing you heard on the entire report was SHOOTER AND CONFEDERATE FLAG....
It's like the frickin Borg Collective, resistance is futile you will be assimilated. wolf blitzer is a first class pieceofchitt, always has been.

I haven't seen anyone mention this, yet...am I the only one who carries when they go to a movie?
Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death! - Patrick Henry

He was born in Columbus and graduated from Columbus High in 1973. Really had issues over the last 20 years. Has been arrested for Arson, selling alcohol to minors about 5 times, and domestic violence. A few years ago he was evicted by Wells Fargo. The house was eventually sold and he broke back into it and ransacked it from one end to the other. He put cement in the toilets and in each sink and tub drain. took epoxy and put it all throughout the circuit breakers, and squeezed the epoxy in the electrical outlets. Got feces(not sure human or dog) and rubbed all throughout the house. After a year, the new owners still haven't been able to move in.

The last movie theatre that I was in was in the 90s. Gonna keep it that way.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
