He's a tenant, I know what apartment he lives in. I'm gonna sleep on it a few days to see if he brings it back. And think about what to do if he doesn't.



Just add it to his bill with interest, delivery cost, photo, and filled out warrant for the incident........

Whatever you do, do it fairly. As a business man you have more to lose than him.

Give him the benefit of doubt and wait a few days to see if he tells you.
