Does anyone know where I can get some Japanese millet in North Alabama? Valley feed in Decatur has the brown top that I need but they don't carry Japanese and none of the co ops that I've called have any either.

Limestone county coop usually has it, or CT Garvin feed store.

Clemmons and Hamner carries it. About to go get some probably for the same reason you're wanting some.

Yeah that's what we're trying to do. Got our corn and sunflowers planted. Trying to get ready to plant some millet now.

And I just called the co-op in Athens and they did have it. I appreciate the help.

crying shame that big ole co-op building in hartselle don't have any. then again, they don't have much of anything but rat poison and spray tanks

I actually didn't think to call them until later yesterday because they generally don't have what I need and if they do they're pretty high on it. They did say they had placed an order for it and expected to have some in a couple of days. Japanese is $58 at limestone co-op and brown top is $31 at valley feed at the end of the belt line.
