Love dirt track racing. My dad used to drive a pony car back in the day. I drove it once and it is a mad rush. I like to watch the late models take come on Thrusdays on MAVTV.

Started on the dirt in Penton, AL back in the early 90's. Worked my way up several classes then moved to a Super Late Model (asphalt). Raced Huntsville, the old Bham and Montgomery. Got married, had two kids and sold all the racing stuff. It was fun while it lasted.

I raced circle track back in '79,'80 and '81 at BIR, Sayre and ran once at Montgomery and once up in Huntsville. I had a '64 Chevelle.

I have a lot of friends that run at Talladega.
Everything from hot shots to Super late Models.
I had rather watch Dirt than nascar any day..
I have always wanted to go to Eldora.

Eldora is a blast. Would suggest going to World 100 if you ever go. Now that's how dirt racing is done

My dad owned and operated the Flomaton Speedway. I learned how to drive on a 55 2 ton water truck. Those were the days.

@josht101 Man I would love to be able to go to the world 100. I have caught it on tv before and watched online.
Nothing like a good dirt race. A set up late model
is truly a sight to watch run.
I saw a video of Tony Stewart turning laps with
Darrell Waltrip in the car with him.
He liked to scared him to death..

Nothing like going home after watching a race with the taste of clay in your mouth. When I was a lot younger, they had the Hillbilly 100 in my town. Brought in cars from several states for the 1/2 mile track.
