Conner's is a good suggestion. PoBoy factory too. I'd also recommend hitting up the Old Greenbrier for a mess of hushpuppies. BBQ there ain't bad, though I prefer the hamburger steak but the h'puppies are worth the drive alone.

Gander's blows. No need to waste a trip, IMO.

I'd rather have the heat/humidity, Jug. I do my walking/jogging at lunch.

Dang, we should have a meet-up and eat somewhere since we have a foreigner in our midst.

I'm in on a meet and greet y'all just let me know. I got a short week this week and I've got to be south Wednesday afternoon but back next week.

As far as the heat and humidity today I say bring it! I was built for it! Y'all would melt down south. You got to be like Bill Dillard tough to survive in the southern zone. laugh

Oh, it ain't hot yet, come over around Lake Guntersville when it's bumping the century mark and you can cut the humidity with a knife. Anyone who likes that is just a sick individual IMO.

Man naw but I was out scratching behind combines checking for grain loss and digging at seed checking planters. Fresh cut wheat straw is hot. Real hot
