Have had two surgeries on my left shoulder. PT is the kicker. You sure just rotater cuff? Good luck and take it easy.
Chad I have no idea what it is..... Anything reaching across my body hurts.... Buttoning pants type motion. Up and down ain't bad but holding my kids in my left arm is a no no. I cannot do a push-up at all. I could do 50 or so without stopping and now not even one. I guess I need to drop by a doctors office one day and see what they say it is. sounds like you are describing a torn labrum. I had one and did not have to have surgery, but it took 7-8 mos. to get it rehabbed right. they should do a arthrogram and MRI to confirm.
