full afterburner = 20k per plane for take off in jet fuel.. Better be important... Do the F22's use JP8? As far as I know... Im in the Air Force but not associated with planes other than when they need protecting.. I was told by a maintainer that is what it cost per plane.. When I was in Afghan they took off in 4's and 8's pretty often and that shucks will wake the dead... Let me text my buddy that was a maintainer and see if he knows what they run on and what it coast
