Well guys, through bittersweet tears I watched an occupational therapist and a physical therapist lovingly walk him across the stage. Without the wheelchair! WOW! I have prayed some angry prayers, begging prayers and some "I promise" prayers. But, today I just prayed that God would give my boy peace, joy and a smile. Well, I saw it all today. Even in this storm I have to say thank you God for the little things. Storms always look dark and terrible as your heading into them. Once you get into them and then through them it turns out to just be a giant water sprinkler. Perspective matters.

Thanks for sharing hope with those of us beginning a similar journey. My youngest twin with PKS is struggling right now just diagnosed with intestinal failure, came home Friday fron a two week stay in children's and getting her on TPN. I hope to one day watch her walk across the stage at graduation, as well. Thank you for sharing this you never know what it will do for others and for me it gives me hope!
