I can't understand why in the world would people spend 25k a year on a LEASE what happens when say 6 years down the road and you've sunk 150 grand in a place and they decide to not lease it again or somebody buys it. It may just be me but if I have the money to spend 25k a year on a lease I'm gonna buy my own land where I know I will have something to show for it. Now that I can agree on.....
