I don't know, but they always have new stuff. A diesel Kubota mower is about the most expensive lawn mower you can buy. That's what I saw them using here in the city yesterday. Are you saying the state doesn't waste huge amounts of money?
How often do they purchase new vehicles and equipment, like mowers and tractors?
