Great idea, Augustus. They used to use state prisoners for cleanup and such at Gulf State Park, so there precedent has been set.
"Welcome to Oak Mountain State Park. Parking is $10, a pack of smokes and I can get you a prime spot near the lodge for a little extra."
But, the sign says parking is just $5.
