Sorry to read of the news.

I know it will be coming one day for me, as none of our times are promised for tomorrow. I also know it will be a tough time as well.


Father God, We acknowledge You as being Creator of all, and Lord of lords. We thank you for our Brother and his faithfulness to call upon prayers to You for comfort and wisdom. Honor his requests and tend to his hurt, loss, and the situation at hand.

Guide him and his family with the Holy Spirit, and let them all be of one accord in thought, following his dad's wishes. Let there be no disagreemnets or selfishness shown during this time from any of the family. May they work together as one, and may Your peace and assurance be seen as his father is laid to rest.

Although his father is not physically present, we ask for his presence to be continually seen through the actions, character, and imprent he has made on the individuals he has touched here on this earth. May his memory continue to bring smiles, laughs, and joy to those he touched.

Thank You for what You are going to do, and for what You have already done.

For it is in the name of Jesus, our Comforter, Redeemer, and Saviour, we ask and claim these things, Amen!!
