Let's see, the holier than thou rich folks are the ones with the problem with it. It has nothing to do with herd health. Supplying year round food sources, no way. Concern for health issues from communal feeding off the ground, heck no. People only care about bringing deer on to their property?
Seems to me it doesn't matter what you have in your wallet. Holiness, unless you worship deer, has no bearing on this. Also, I'm in wonderment that Hank is even being listened to on this subject. (Oh he kills some nice deer!)

I'm all about heard health, but some of the crap they spew about baiting is bull. All deer eat from the ground. Thats where you food plot grows. Thats where acorns are when they fall from a tree. If there really concerned with disease, then they should outlaw plots smaller than 1/4 acre, if there worried about deer feeding in close proximity of each other. Supplemental feeding is legal, why are they not concerned about the herd health with that? Here's a stat for you, deer eat dirt, at mineral sites, why is trophy rock legal? I just want the state to be consistent, not spewing bull for there agenda. BTW, what about water troughs, why are they legal?
