Ok, i'll try to get us back on track. I've been leasing APC land since the mid 90's. They have a 5 year contract that locks in their rate for the entire 5 years. They've only went up a couple times on us since then. I deal with Jeff Beason, he's over the forestry part of it, but Mr. Fields is over the leases. They have been a pleasure to deal with.
